Sheriff Millsap says that violent crime, such as seen in Kansas City, is very difficult to prevent

The country is still reeling today after a shooting that killed one person and caused injuries to several others at the Kansas City Chiefs victory parade on Wednesday. While the investigation continues into the incident, it appears that this happened despite measures in place by authorities. Laclede County Sheriff David Millsap tells Regional Radio News that any time there is a large-scale event, no matter where it takes place, there is a significant amount of planning that goes on….
