Holly Goforth said they want to address a housing shortage
They plan to build 20 houses a year on the 78 acres, with price points of a quarter-million to $450-thousand-dollars. Many builders are facing a challenge of supply prices and shortages, but Jeremy Goforth said the incentives to builders by the City of Lebanon have helped. He said he hopes to have the subdivision complete within 10 years.
