Serious injury crash in Laclede County

2 people were hospitalized during a one-vehicle crash in Laclede County on Tuesday night. According to the Highway Patrol, a car driven by 30 year old Jessica Alsup of Houston was traveling on Highway FF Southeast of Stoutland, when she ran off the road, hit a culvert, struck the ground, and overturned. Alsup and her passenger 55 year old Therese Montijo of Richland were not wearing seatbelts and were seriously injured in the crash. Both women were transported to Lake Regional Hospital following the 6:44pm crash.
