Serious Crash in Phelps County
A crash occurred last night in Phelps County leaving a driver seriously injured. The crash occurred when 49-year-old Rolla resident Eric W. Sparks traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned his vehicle. He was transported to Phelps Health in Rolla. He was not wearing his seatbelt.
