The Laclede County Health Department has now recorded more than half of the cumulative total of COVID cases in the county during the month of September. Laclede County Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker, says it was another busy day on Monday, with 28 new cases reported………..

Baker suspects with a large number of cases, and a large number of symptomatic individuals, many residents are not following proper quarantine procedures………..

Laclede County has recorded 324 cases in the month of September, with 203 of those cases currently active. The Lebanon R-3 School District currently has 22 active cases, the Joel E. Barber School District has two active cases, and one case is active in the Conway School District. The state of Missouri has, once again, updated the way they provide case information. New cases that were discovered today will not be reported until Thursday. The state claims this must be done to make sure data is “accurate and complete”.
