Billy Medley will spend the next 48 years in prison. Medley along with Jeff Stevenson was charged in the September 2018 murder of Joe and Brandy Allen near Tunas. Medley, a 24-year-old homeless man from Macks Creek pled guilty to his part in the crime in June of this year. Dallas County Judge, John C. Porter sentenced Medley for all nine charges including 2nd-degree murder, and burglary. The Allens were killed after they found Medley and Stevenson tampering with their vehicles on their property near Tunas. Stevenson will go to court next month.
