A search warrant in the 400 block of Harrison Street in Lebanon has led to felony charges against a Lebanon man. Officers went to the residence and went inside to find Steven Magers curled up in a laundry basket covered with a blanket. Officers attempted to take Magers into custody and he allegedly began fighting, swinging his arms and kicking. When officers searched the residence they found 7 prepackaged baggies of methamphetamine, multiple syringes, empty plastic baggies, and a digital scale. Magers is charged with two counts of assault, resisting arrest, and delivery of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $25-thousand-dollars cash or surety.
