SCCC Offender Dies of Natural Causes in Fulton

There has been another offender death connected to South Central Correctional Center in Licking. Correctional Center officials report that 69-year-old Jimmy Williams is the latest offender from the medium security facility to die.
Williams was pronounced dead on Thursday at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center in Fulton. He was serving two life sentences for first-degree murder and armed criminal action from Platte County. Williams was received in the Missouri Department of Corrections on November 14th, 2002. He died of apparent natural causes.
