Lebanon City Hall has been receiving reports of customers that have been receiving calls from various phone numbers informing them that their utilities are in danger of being disconnected for non-payment. The callers are asking customers to enter payment information into an automated system. Lebanon City Hall does not call customers requesting payment via an automated system. If you receive a call like this, please do not provide the caller with any personal or payment information. If you have concerns about your account, please call city hall at 532-2345, and they will be glad to answer any questions. It is also the policy of the Lebanon Utility Department to not cut customers off if there is going to be an extended period of cold weather, like the one we are currently in.
