Samantha Jane Matthews, 47 of Lebanon, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Lake Regional Health System.

Cremation arrangements will be announced by Memorial Chapel of Richland.

Samantha is survived by her husband, Brian Matthews of Richland, MO; two children: Karlotta Jacobs (Evan Glover) of Fontana, CA, and Andrew Jacobs of Knob Noster, MO; two sisters: Becky Denton (Paul) and Darla Walton (Don) all of the state of OH, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Samantha Jane Matthews and may be left at the Memorial Chapel of Richland.
