Salary Discussion For Lebanon City Employees Discussed

Lebanon City Council Discussed the potential for staff salary changes at last nights work study session. City Administrator Mike Schumacher says the hope is to adjust the salaries by 3%, but a potential health insurance issue on the horizon could make that a challenge.

Lebanon City Council voted to raise staff salaries 8.25% in July of this year, but agreed that inflation has made it difficult to see the benefits of that.
