Saint Robert Man Faces Charges In Phelps County

A 29-year-old Saint Robert man is facing charges in Phelps County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that Dominque T. Strobert was taken into custody Thursday morning on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful use of a weapon, possession of Fentanyl, Drug Trafficking in the 2nd Degree, and leaving the scene of a crash. Strobert was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Phelps County Jail in Rolla.
