Ruby L. Sweatt (Camdenton)

Ruby Louise Sweatt, daughter of Dan Elbert and Bertha Harriet (Looney) Shumate, was born February 20, 1929 in Camdenton, Missouri. She departed this life Wednesday, September 4, 2024 in her home at the age of ninety-five years, six months and fifteen days.
She is survived by her children, John Sweatt and his wife Linda of Montreal, Missouri, Kaye Carroll and Mary Offut and her husband Paul of Lebanon, Missouri and Richard Sweatt and his wife Sharon of Montreal, Missouri; her sister, Jeanie Niemann of Camdenton, Missouri; ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until 2:00pm Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Ruby’s Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Richland, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
