A Route 66 Freedom Fest is planned to be held Saturday from 11 a-m to 4 p-m on the Downtown Waynesville Square. The Freedom Fest will have adult and children’s games, a variety of food and craft vendors, and inflatables for children. Several downtown business will be open during the Route 66 Freedom Fest. Organizers are inviting the public to celebrate our freedoms and to come dressed in your red, white, and blue.
