Rolla Police investigate death of 22 month old

The Rolla Police Department is investigating the death of a 22 month old girl. According to Rolla Police, the call came in at around 11:15 am on Saturday, to a residence in the 19-hundred block of Forum Drive. At the scene, Police and emergency services found the child unresponsive and not breathing. The child was transported to the Phelps Health Emergency Department, where she was later pronounced dead. An autopsy is pending, and an investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of death.
