Richland tables a Hazard Mitigation Plan proposed to them by Camden County

The City of Richland is unique in that part of the city lies in three different counties, Pulaski, Camden, and Laclede. That poses some challenges when it comes to government. Camden County had asked the Richland Board of Aldermen to adopt the Camden County Hazard Mitigation Plan during their recent meeting.
