Richland Man Faces Charges

A 65-year-old Richland man faces careless and imprudent driving charges involving a crash following his arrest at 10:38 last night (Wednesday) in Pulaski County. Raymond A. Rivard was also charged with operating a motor vehicle while his license was suspended, failing to maintain an ignition interlock, and driving without insurance. He was transported to the Pulaski County Jail and later released.
