Richland area Man has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance

36-year-old Dustin Wayne Sutton of the Richland area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance. Court documents allege that Sutton knowingly possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance, on October 4th of last year. Sutton entered a not guilty plea to the charge. Judge Colin Long has scheduled the case for counsel status hearing on August 9th.
