Remembering Fallen Lebanon Police Officer

As the City of Lebanon closes in on the one year mark of the death of Lebanon Police Officer Kendle Blackburn, his family and fellow Police Officers joined the Lebanon City Council meeting for a special presentation. Lebanon Police Chief Bryan Arnold spoke about honoring Officer Kendle Blackburn, about how he always had a smile, loved to talk, and how he was so proud of his father who was a legendary Police Officer for the City of Lebanon. Lebanon Mayor Jared Carr issued a proclamation naming December 28th 2021 as Officer Kendle Blackburn Day to honor him. Officer Kendle Blackburn died on that day in 2020 after contracting COVID19 while serving the Lebanon Community.
