American Red Cross Month

March is a month dedicated to an organization that helps a lot of people. The American Red Cross Organization has helped with blood donations and house fires, and they couldn’t do what they do without the help of all their volunteers. It is an organization that honors community heroes who make sure their neighbors never face crisis alone. Stacy Burks with the Red Cross says that the Red Cross month goes back to 1943.

Burks says that the Red Cross is always looking for more volunteers.
