Reckless Driver Arrested
A Reckless driver has been arrested in Buffalo. On Tuesday, March 26 just after a road rage incident on State Highway 32, a man was recklessly driving a Mustang that was allegedly deemed as stolen. The suspect 32-year-old Zachary Lescord Allegedly had a firearm with him as well, and when he got passed by a vehicle he flashed his firearm at the vehicle. Lescord proceeded to follow that vehicle into Buffalo. Dallas County officers attempted to stop Lescord on US Highway 65, but Lescord evaded them for a short time leading to a short pursuit. Lescord ran into a dead end with a barbed wire fence, where he was then apprehended and taken into custody. Charges are currently pending, and the Buffalo Police thanked the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, Greene County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Webster County Sheriff’s Office, and Missouri State Conservation, who assisted in the pursuit.
