Raymore Woman Dead In Hickory County Accident

A 78-year-old Raymore, Missouri, woman is dead after the car she was trying to enter rolled backward and ran over her. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that when the accident occurred, Patsy A. Strode was attempting to enter the vehicle operated by 51-year-old Rebecca S. Zackert of Raymore. Strode was pronounced deceased at the scene, which occurred at 3:10 Monday afternoon on County Road 182, 3 miles east of Hermitage in Hickory County.
