R3 Responding to Teacher Shortage

Over the summer, The Lebanon R3 School District saw 22 members of their staff retire. These retirees came from many different departments from teaching to transportation. Lebanon Superintendent Dr. David Schmitz was asked about the district’s ability to thrive under the turnover and said they’ll be just fine.
