Pulaski Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman announced individuals sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Pulaski Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman has announced the following individuals have been sentenced to the Department of Corrections in recent Circuit Court action:
– Lindy McKinnon of St Robert pled guilty to trafficking of controlled substances in the 2nd degree. Judge John Beger sentenced McKinnon to ten years in the Department of Corrections.
– Sedric Simmons of Waynesville pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance. Judge Beger sentenced Simmons to serve eight years in the DOC.
– And Ray Howard of Dixon pled guilty to burglary in the first degree. Judge Beger sentenced Howard to ten years in the Department of Corrections.
– Kayla Bennett of Waynesville pled guilty to property damage in the 1st degree. Judge John Beger sentenced Bennett to four years in the Department of Corrections
– Jesse Roberts of Dixon pled guilty to domestic assault in the third degree. Judge Beger sentenced Roberts to four years in the DOC.
– And Carlton Curtis of Licking pled guilty to stealing. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Curtis to serve five years in the Department of Corrections.
