Pulaski offenders sentenced to Missouri Department of Corrections

Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman says 27 offenders were sentenced to serve time in the Department of Corrections after recent Circuit Court proceedings.
James Ferrario of St. Robert entered a guilty plea to child molestation in the first degree and statutory sodomy. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Ferrario to a total of 20 years in the Department of Corrections. Xavier Chambers of Waynesville entered a guilty plea to assault in the second degree. Judge Hickle sentenced Chambers to serve ten years of prison time.
And Tavarise Pryor of Waynesville entered a guilty plea to robbery in the second Degree. Pryor also violated the terms of his probation for stealing. As a result, Judge Hickle sentenced Tavarise Pryor to a total of 13 years in the Department of Corrections. Lea Ann Barba of Waynesville entered a guilty plea to resisting arrest. She was also on probation for two counts of forgery. Judge John Beger sentenced Barba to a total of 17 years in the Department of Corrections. Jordan Yarberry of Laquey violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance and property damage in the first degree. Judge Beger sentenced Yarberry to a total of 8 years of prison time. And, Truman Sherrer of Stoutland violated the terms of his probation for burglary in the second degree and stealing. Judge Bill Hickle handed down a sentence of seven years in the Department of Corrections for Sherrer.
