Offenders were recently sent to serve terms in the Department of Corrections after recent Pulaski County Circuit Court proceedings.
Traci Jenkins of Phoenix, Arizona, violated the terms of her probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge John Beger sentenced Jenkins to five years in the Department of Corrections. Joshua Wells of Waynesville violated the terms of his probation for resisting arrest. Judge Beger sentenced Wells to serve four years in the Department of Corrections. Blayne Kelly of St. Robert violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Beger to serve 5 years in the Department of Corrections. Darrell Olson of Rolla violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Olson to serve five years in the Department of Corrections. Lewis Brown of Florissant violated his probation for delivery of a controlled substance. Judge John Beger handed down a three prison sentence for Brown. And David Begay of Waynesville failed to adhere to terms of his probation for assault in the second degree. Judge Beger sentenced Begay to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. Christopher Johnson of Dixon violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Johnson was sentenced by Judge Bill Hickle to serve five years in prison. Bradley Millerbaugh of Springfield recently entered in court a guilty plea to a charge of stealing. This new misconduct violated Millerbaugh’s terms of probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Hickle sentenced him to a term of three years in the Department of Corrections. Thomas Engel of Labadie violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance, and Judge Hickle sentenced Engel to serve 4 years in the Department of Corrections. Ryett Elms of Dixon violated terms of his probation for assault in the second degree, and Judge John Beger sentenced Elms to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. Jimmy Phillips of Richland violated the terms of his probation for assault in the second degree. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Phillips to 4 years in the Department of Corrections.
Donna Beck of Lebanon violated her probation for possession of a controlled substance, and Judge Hickle sentenced Beck to serve 7 years in the Department of Corrections.
