Pulaski County sends 17 to the Department of Corrections

(Waynesville)–Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman has released a list of 17 offenders who recently have been sentenced to the Department of Corrections.
Danielle Hardcastle of Saratoga Springs, Utah, entered guilty pleas to two counts of statutory sodomy in the second degree. Judge John Beger sentenced the defendant to a total of 14 years in the Department of Corrections. Timothy Ingerson of Richland entered guilty pleas to two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree. Judge Beger sentenced him to a total of 30 years in the Department of Corrections. John Burton of La Cygne, Kansas, violated terms of his probation for burglary in the second degree. Judge Beger sentenced him to serve five years in the D-O-C.
Terrence Strickland of Jefferson City violated his probation for burglary in the second degree and was sentenced by Judge Bill Hickle to serve seven years of prison time. Joshua Dodson of Osage Beach violated terms of his probation for felony driving while revoked. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Dodson to four years in the Department of Corrections. Daniel Thorson of St. Robert entered a guilty plea to assault in the second degree. Judge John Beger sentenced Thorson to seven years on that charge and revoked his probation on a prior charge of possession of a controlled substance. Judge Beger added 7 more years to the assault sentence. Michael Juergens of Dixon violated terms of his probation for unlawful possession of a firearm and felony non-support of a child. Judge Hickle sentenced Juergens to a total of 8 years in the Department of Corrections. Chris Henley of Waynesville violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Beger to three years in prison.
