Pulaski County Salvation Army Surpasses Tree of Lights Fundraising Goal

The Pulaski County Unit of the Salvation Army had another successful Tree of Lights campaign. Salvation Army volunteers met for a luncheon Monday at Ed Morse Ford in St. Robert to hear the good news.
Here’s local Salvation Army Co-Chairperson Jeanie King.

The Salvation Army had adopted the theme of “Doing the Most Good,”

Jeanie King also thanked the assistance of many volunteers in the Tree of Lights campaign and the many thousands of donors who made surpassing the goal a reality.

Don Murray is the other co-chair of the county unit. The Honorary Tree of Lights campaign chairman was Danny Graves, the pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Waynesville.
Major Adam Moore of the Salvation Army’s Midland Division was the special guest of honor at the luncheon.
The event coincided with the 50th anniversary of the Pulaski County Salvation Unit being established in January of 1974.
