The Pulaski County Health Center has received notification of four additional case of COVID-19 of Pulaski County residents. These cases are related to the trainee cases on Ft. Leonard Wood.
The patients’ identities will remain confidential. The Pulaski County Health Center is currently working with public health system partners to conduct an investigation in an effort to identify any individual that may have come in close contact with one of the positive individuals to monitor them for symptoms and assist in the containment of the virus. As part of the regular practice of disease investigation, the Health Department will notify people who have had close contact with the patients.

During the investigation, public locations were identified where a positive case had visited. Locations include:
• 06/10/2020: Cracker Barrel-Lunch time
• 06/12/2020: Cantina Bravo Restaurant, St. Robert- Lunch Time
• 06/09/2020: Walmart Pharmacy after 4pm
• 06/09/20, 06/10/20, 06/12/20: Kum and Go St. Robert in AM
• 06/13/2020: Ruby’s Landing in evening hours

If you were in one of these locations you may have come in contact with one of the individuals and could have a low risk of exposure. Please self-monitor for symptoms and contact your primary care physician to ask about testing should you have an onset of symptoms. Also practice appropriate social distancing and limit contact with others for 14 days following potential date of exposure.
