Pulaski County Prosecutor Kevin Hillman reports that 32 offenders were sent to prison in the first quarter

Pulaski County Prosecutor Kevin Hillman reports that 32 offenders were sent to prison in the first quarter of the year.  As part of those 32, William Smiley of Springfield violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Smiley to serve 4 years in the Department of Correction. Aaron Creighton of Waynesville pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm at a time when he was already on probation for delivery of a controlled substance. Judge John Beger sentenced Creighton to a total of 11 years in the state prison system. And, Allison Bell-Sewell of Plato violated the terms of her probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Hickle sentenced her to two years in the Department of Corrections. Luke Riley of Marshfield violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Riley to serve four years in the Department of Corrections. Randy Peppers of Eldridge failed to adhere to the conditions of his probation and was sentenced by Judge Hickle to serve 3 years in the Department of Corrections. And Arica Shelton of Crocker violated the terms of her probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Hickle sentenced Shelton to serve 4 years in prison.
