Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman reports that 32 offenders were sentenced to serve in the Department of Correction in Circuit Court action over the last three months. Truman Sherrer of Lebanon violated the terms of his probation for burglary in the second degree and stealing. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Sherrer to serve a total of ten years in the Department of Corrections. David Kelly of St. Robert failed to adhere to the terms of his probation for property damage in the first degree and tampering in the first degree. He was sentenced by Judge Hickle to serve a total of 8 years in the state prison system. Thomas Gresham of St. Thomas violated his probation for stealing. Judge John Beger sentenced Gresham to five years in the Department of Corrections. Deeann Irwin of Laqey failed to adhere to the terms of her probation for Violation of an Order of Protection and Stealing. Judge John Beger sentenced her to serve a total of six years in the Department of Corrections. Dustin Maust of St. Robert violated his probation for burglary in the second degree and stealing. He was sentenced to a total of ten years in prison by Judge Bill Hickle. Joseph Tucker of Waynesville violated the terms of his probation for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Judge Hickle sentenced Tucker to serve 4 years behind bars.
