The Pulaski County Health Center, in partnership with Jordan Valley Health and the Missouri National guard, administered 2,092 Covid vaccines over a 2-day shot clinic event Friday and Saturday in the St. Robert City Hall parking lot. With rain coming in on Saturday morning, organizers doubled up on shots, in order to get in those who registered for the afternoon slots before 1 pm Health department officials said “So many people have made this possible, and for them, we are grateful. Many participants had good words for the organizers for making the event run smoothly. One participant said “we arrived for our appointment, and from check-in time to injection time was 7 minutes. My hats off to the department organizers and many volunteers we saw on site” Follow-up vaccinations are planned in the future, dependent on the arrival of more vaccinations.
