Pulaski County Health Center in Crocker is asking individuals that if they complete a home test and it is positive, bring that test to the Center

Due to difficulty in obtaining Covid testing kits, the Pulaski County Health Center in Crocker is asking individuals that if they complete a home test and it is positive, bring that test to the Center if you need a letter confirming your positive test. Staff members there will document the positive test. If you test at home, are positive and don’t need a letter, please call the health department at 573-736-2219 and speak to a Covid tracer to get your positive test recorded in the system.
