(Waynesville)–Due to an unavoidable production delay, Pulaski County has not received its absentee ballots yet, but that will change Wednesday. Here’s Pulaski County Clerk Dave Ernst to explain.

Individuals who want a vote-by-mail ballot can obtain one by going to pulaskivote.org, or going to the Secretary of State’s website. Unlike an absentee ballot, the vote-by-mail ballot has to be sent back by mail in order to be counted.
