Pulaski County Associate Court cases in front of Judge Colin Long

Timothy Sewell of Plato has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance. Court documents allege that on August 31, 2022, the defendant knowingly possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance. Sewell has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long has set a counsel status hearing for July 25th and a preliminary hearing for August 28th.
Malysia Joiner of Richland has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of criminal nonsupport. Court documents allege that on or around May 16, the defendant knowingly failed to provide adequate support for their children for whom are legally obligated to provide support. The total arrearage is in excess of an aggregate of twelve monthly payments that the defendant had been ordered to pay. Joiner has pleaded not guilty to the charge. Judge Colin Long has set a counsel status hearing for July 25th and a preliminary hearing for August 14th.
