Cases before Judge Colin Long in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court

Sara Arteaga of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of abuse or neglect of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child. Court documents allege that on or around March 18, Arteaga knowingly caused a child 18 years of age or younger physical and mental injury by forcing them to remain in a residence while being physically mistreated. Court documents further allege that the defendant possessed methamphetamine in the presence of the victim, and furthermore left the victim alone with another knowing that they had been physically abusing and mistreating the victim. Arteaga pleaded not guilty to all charges. Judge Colin Long ordered the defendant to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on May 15th and a preliminary hearing on June 5th.

Kevin O’Neal of Detroit, Michigan, has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of domestic assault in the first degree. Court documents allege that on May 2nd, the defendant shoved the victim, who was pregnant, down a flight of stairs onto concrete. The victim and O’Neal have a child in common. O’Neal pleaded not guilty to the charges. O’Neal physically appeared for a counsel status hearing on May 9th and has been ordered by Judge Colin Long to appear for a preliminary hearing on May 22nd.

Diego Davis of St. Robert has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of domestic assault in the second degree. Court documents allege that on May 4, Davis caused physical injury to another by striking her in the face and head. The victim and the defendant resided together. Davis pleaded not guilty to the charge. Judge Colin Long has ordered Davis to physically appear for a counsel status hearing on May 15th and a preliminary hearing on June 5th.
