Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court cases before Judge Colin Long

43-year-old Michael Juergens of Dixon has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of driving while his operator’s license was revoked. Court documents allege that Juergens on March 14th operated a motor vehicle on Pine Street and 4th Street in Dixon during a time when his operator’s license was revoked. According to the documents, Juergens had been convicted of driving while revoked three times in Pulaski and Phelps Counties, and of driving while intoxicated in Dent County in 2010. Juergens pleaded not guilty to this latest charge. Judge Colin Long scheduled a counsel status hearing on May 30th and a preliminary hearing for June 5th.

Marlon Williams of the Waynesville area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court of Waynesville on a charge of burglary in the first degree.
Court documents allege that Williams on May 13th knowingly entered unlawfully into an inhabitable structure on Lassiter Lane for the purpose of committing Assault in the Fourth Degree. Williams entered a not-guilty plea to the charge. Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for a counsel status hearing on May 22nd and a preliminary hearing for June 5th.
