Public Hearings On I-70 Improvements

Public hearings have been set for the first construction project that’s part of the effort to expand Interstate 70 to six lanes across Missouri. This particular project will expand I-70 to six lanes between Columbia and Kingdom City, along with improvements to the I-70/U.S. 63 interchange in Columbia and the I-70/U.S. 54 interchange at Kingdom City. Mo-DOT’s Jeff Gander is project director for this phase of the expansion:

The first public hearing is scheduled May First in Columbia from 4 to 7-PM at the Boone Electric Cooperative building, and the second is scheduled May Second in Kingdom City from 4 to 7 at city hall.
