The Covid-19 pandemic is spreading more each day, but we still have to take a few breathers and go to the bathroom. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) is reminding everyone that the only things meant for toilets are toilet paper and bodily waste. Darrell Roberts, the City of Buffalo Sewer Department Supervisor, says flushing anything but toilet paper could cause potential problems with the sewer system.

 

Once again, the EPA reminds you only to flush toilet paper and other bodily waste.  Other foreign objects you flush can cause damage to plumbing in your home, and the municipal sewer treatment systems.
