The Waynesville School District is making progress on a major remodeling project at the Parker Fine Arts Building on the Middle School campus in Waynesville. When completed, the building will have two pre-school classrooms, a multipurpose room for district and community use, and a board room for easier access for the public. This project is being funded in part through the only Defense Community Infrastructure Program Grant awarded in the State of Missouri. The district has also broken ground in preparation of constructing a new building for storage.
Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Brian Henry, explains.

Henry says it is important that the district’s tech staff members have the space they need to do their jobs.
