Storms swept through the region on Saturday night bringing winds up to 65 miles per hour, and 1-inch hail in some areas. In the Southwestern part of the state, trees were brought down in Jasper County and power poles were downed in Springfield on Glenstone. Laclede County has reported a few tree’s down, and Camden County reported storm damage in Osage Beach where straight-line winds caused heavy damage to the roof of Randy’s Custard which is on Osage Beach Parkway. Assessment crews have been patrolling their respective areas and we may know more after sun-up.
