Postal Service Sets Recommended Deadlines To Send Christmas Mail

The United States Postal Service has released the recommended deadline dates to mail items in time to reach their destinations by Christmas.
The last day to mail by USPS Ground Advantage will be December 16th. First-Class Mail, including greeting cards shoud be mailed by December 16th as well.
USPS Ground Advantage is a new shipping option that provides a simple, reliable, and affordable way to ship packages in 2 to 5 business days based on distance.
The Priority Mail deadline is December 18th and Priority Mail Express is December 20th.
Shipping deadlines for international mail may vary depending on the destination.
The Postal Service recently said it is considering raising stamp prices next year for the second consecutive year due to inflationary pressures.
If approved, the changes would take effect January 21st. New rates would include a 2-cent increase for the First-Class Mail Forever stamp, among other proposed changes.
