Polk County Murder Charges Filed

Authorities in Polk County have arrested a man for his father’s death. 42-year old Jacob Stokes faces a first-degree murder charge for the death of Timothy DeWayne Stokes, who was found in his home in Humansville on April 9th. It is believed the elder Stokes died of head trauma. Blood was found throughout the Stokes home. Bond has been set at half a million dollars.
