Polk County Crash

An accident occurred this (Wednesday)  morning in Polk County leaving a passenger seriously injured. 21-year-old Bolivar resident Matthew Shadwell was headed northbound on 515th Road, two miles North of Morrisville, where 19-year-old Bolivar resident Alexa Christiansen, who was sitting in the pickup bed, fell out while the car was in motion and was injured. She was transported to Citizens Memorial Hospital by private vehicle.
