Playgrounds in Waynesville reopen Friday

(Waynesville)–All playgrounds within the city of Waynesville will reopen on Friday. Playground users are still urged to practice social distancing and follow C-D-C recommendations. City officials ask that playground users continue to wash and sanitize hands after touching shared surfaces. Individuals who are sick should stay home.
The Waynesville Spray Park is tentatively scheduled to reopen tomorrow as well, once regular maintenance and sanitization are complete.
