Plato driver injured

A single-vehicle traffic accident in Texas County Thursday evening sent a Plato driver to the Fort Leonard Wood hospital for treatment of minor injuries. According to the highway patrol, the accident occurred when the 1991 Grumman Fire Truck 47-year-old Jeffrey L. Reed was driving ran off Highway 32, two miles east of Success, struck a driveway, and then returned to the road.
The firetruck sustained moderate damages.
