Planning and Zoning Legacy Trails Phase One Plat

The City of Lebanon Planning and Zoning Commission has voted 6/1 on the request to plat the Legacy Trails Phase 1. Legacy Trails is the name of a planned subdivision, west of the “Field of Dreams” portion of Atchley Park. Code Administrator Joe Berkich explains further.

The Field of Dreams Subdivision was a topic of discussion at the February 2022 Lebanon Park Board meeting.

The subdivision would be completed in three phases, and this phase would consist only of single-family units.
