Three conditional use requests were approved at last (Thursday) night’s Zoning and Planning Commission Meeting in Lebanon. The first was a request to operate an Airbnb. After a question from Commissioner Tarwater about the impact Airbnb’s will have on the rental market in Lebanon, the property owner, Jasper Holmes, explains his reasoning for renting out the property short term.

A mini-golf facility conditional use request was also approved. Alison McCaslin also explained her reasoning for opening the facility.

The last request was to add 4 duplex units in Flatwoods Estates. All requests were approved 6 to none.
