Plan ahead for New Year Celebration

The New Year holiday is usually filled with celebration and friends. Another element involved in many of these parties is alcohol. While legal, if you are 21 or over,  it can lead to situations that most people tend to regret after sobering up. Mike Mitchell, with Missouri State Highway Patrol, talks about why you should have a plan for your New Years celebration.
