Phillip is survived by his brother, Garry Heafley and his wife Kay of Lebanon, Missouri; a special nephew, Van Allen Heafley and his wife Patricia of Lebanon, Missouri.

Arrangements will be announced by the Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
